Using Gamification to Improve Vegetable Intake in Young Adults VegeChamp is a theory based mobile gaming intervention designed to motivate young adults to improve their vegetable intake by enhancing their self-efficacy for cooking with vegetables and providing quick and easy ways to include them in their diet.
